We were all stunned when we hear the news on Thursday.
I believe the reason it hurts and touches people when we lose an amazing artist is because their music has given us so many life memories. So many things that happen in our lives are tied to songs. When you hear a song, you remember a moment in your life, happy or sad. Prince had so many songs that tied to many to different life moments. While watching different tributes this weekend, it became clear that not only was Prince a decent man and human being, but he did so much for others without needing the "deserved" recognition. He truly was one of a kind.
